not bad but average. hünkar beğendi was okay (hence the name) but not exquisite as it could have been. pazı dolma was rather like a wrapped meatball, nohut a disappointment. only su böreği was quite good.

What an amazing place. Authentic decor, amazing "home cooked" style food, friendly and helpful staff. Everything on offer are extremely tasty. Can't fault it. Would definately recommend.

I had an amazing dinner here with a group of colleagues and acquaintances. We ordered a starter plate consisting of artichoke, lima beans, and root celery; a hot starter plate of courgette tempura served with yoghurt, cheese layered borek, and Mucver; a seasonal salad; Hunkar Begendi (puréed eggplant base) served with lamb; and some traditional Turkish deserts. The food was delicious, and the service was exquisite.

The place is very nice, staff is friendly and well trained. I liked potato soup very much. Cherry juice and salad was tasty as well. For the main ordered ottoman traditional food named Hunkar begeindi - eggplant puree topped with meat, however I didn’t like it much, seems you must be familiar with the food or something like that. For the dessert we had reddish watermelon 🍉 extremely nice and turkish cookies sekerpare - which was super sweet.

Delicious as always. We ate fried vegetables, lamb, su böreği, karınbudu and tomayo salad. All were perfect. There is a mouthwash in the WC. Great idea!

Best turkish traditional cuisines, their food were extremely delicious. the staff were very welcoming and friendly. as a foreigner i loved how they explained the contents of their dishes. the general atmosphere was cozy with nice calm music and rustic decor. prices were reasonable.
